Delivery Information:

  • We expanded our delivery area! Check your address for delivery eligibility on this page.

  • Local Paws processes and delivers online orders Monday - Friday. No deliveries on Saturday's or Sunday's. No deliveries on major holidays. Online orders placed during non-delivery days will be delivered the next regular delivery day.

  • Online orders should be placed by 3:00 PM to guarantee same day delivery.

  • Deliveries will be made typically between 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM Monday through Friday.

  • Delivery fee of $2.99, no minimum purchase amount required. Spend $150.00 or more and receive free delivery.

  • At this time we do not deliver to commercial businesses, only residential.

  • You do not need to be present for delivery of non-frozen items.

Frozen Delivery:

  • Additional non-refundable frozen handling fee of $3.99 per order, no minimum purchase amount required.

    • Someone must be home to receive the frozen items during delivery hours of 3:00 - 7:00 PM to ensure it stays at a safe temperature, if not we will take the items back and refund the cost of the items.

Free Store Pickup Information:

  • Orders can be picked up during regular business hours Monday - Saturday 9:30am-7:00pm, Sunday 10:00am-3:00pm.

  • Orders should be placed by 3:00pm to guarantee same day ready pick-up. Usually store pick-up orders are processed within 2 hours of order placement during regular business hours.

  • Keep an eye out for an email from us notifying you that your order is ready to be picked up!

  • If you would like to stay in your vehicle for pickup, please call us at 541-604-8990 when you arrive. We will gladly bring it out to your car!

  • Store pickup orders will be held awaiting pickup no longer than 3 days from the date the order was marked "Ready for Pickup." After 3 days we will begin a cancelation process and issue a refund.

Auto-Order Information:

Guests can create and place auto orders in thier online account for either store-pickup or delivery. You will have the ability from your account to update the order frequency, skip an order, change your next delivery date, place the order immediately, and more!

  • Auto-Orders will still keep track of your purchase rewards for eligible items, however it will not auto-redeem your rewards for you. Often times customers will visit in-store and redeem their rewards with ease! Give us a call if you have questions, we can help!

Return Information:

  • All returns must be made in store.

  • We are happy to refund or exchange most items, especially food, treats, or supplements that did not meet your pets needs within 30 days of purchase with original packaging & receipt. We look forward to helping you find what your pet needs, or likes better!

  • We reserve the right to decline refunds. Should you have questions please reach out to us at 541-604-8990.

General Information

  • Feel free to leave any special instructions or concerns in your order's notes!

  • We recommend to create your new online account using the same name, phone number, and email address that we have on file for you if you previosly have shopped in store with us. This will auto-link your in-store account to your online account and track your rewards together, especially frequent buyer cards.

  • Guest checkouts do not track any rewards, they do not save any account information regarding your purchase.

  • If you do not see what you are looking for or have any questions, please give us a call or visit us in store! Our full inventory is not online at this time and may only be available to purchase instore.

  • 99% of the time online orders go to plan, in the event that weather, inventory stock levels, or staffing issues arrise; we will reach out to you to coordinate getting what your pet needs in your hands.
